Polanex is a Polish shirt brand dating back to 1945. I am responsible for its e-commerce, from new features to integrations and process automation.

The page brings together large photos, shirt features shown as icons and size selection, while tabs about the collar, fabric and buttons help customers assess the quality of workmanship.
Polanex is a Polish shirt brand with a history dating back to 1945, and polanex.com is its online shop. I am responsible for the brand’s e-commerce development: based on an analysis of sales and customer needs, I agree priorities with the team and then implement new features, integrations and process automation. As a result, the shop develops according to a single plan, and changes do not disrupt day-to-day sales.

01Challenge
The brand’s online shop needed a long-term partner who would combine technical development with day-to-day sales and the work of the customer service team. New features, integrations and automations were to be built according to a single plan, without disrupting customers’ shopping.
02Solution
- Together with the customer service team, I analyse customer needs and sales data, and use them to set priorities for the next changes to the shop.
- I implement new shop features, from the home page to the product page, to make it easier for customers to choose and buy a shirt.
- I develop the integrations the team uses every day and automate repetitive processes, so that the shop’s staff have less manual work.
- I carry out regular audits of speed, search visibility and the path to purchase, and turn their findings into further improvements to the shop.
